This is North Korea. |

In North Korea the major cities are Cheongjin, Hamheung, Nampo, Hamheung, Sineuiju, and Pyongyang. Pyongyang is the capital of North Korea and roughly the population in Pyongyang is 3,255,388 people out of 23,479,088 people. Cheongjin is the very top of North Korea, Sineuiju is located in the mid-west, Hamheung is in the mid east, and Nampo is south-west of North Korea. { Pyongyang is on the map} North Korea itself is just below north east China and above South Korea. |

North Korea has a lot of North Korean mines and China buys most of it. Also North Korea has a lot of offshore oil. North Korean mines are believed to have 1.5 million tons of copper and 16,000 tons of silver. Coal, lead, tungsten, zinc, graphite, magnetite, and hydropower are also big resources o North Korea. Lastly, 61% of the North Korean land are woodland and forests. China completely invests in North Korean resources by spending millions every year on North Korean resources. |

1. Firstly, North Korean food is the same as South Korean food. North Korea’s most famous alcohol drink is taedongang a traditional alcohol drink made out of grains and rice. They usually eat and drink tang [soup], Jigae [seasoned soup], rice, and banchan [side dishes]. The most famous banchan is kimchi [spicy cabbage] and ganip [sauced sesame]. |

Did you know, North Korea is currently threatening many countries by testing their missiles and is soon about to shoot their ICBM missiles which can go from a continent to another continents. North Korea is currently threatening South Korea, Japan, and the united States. |
