We are giving out tips for these fashion themes: Sporty, Girly, and Formal. Sportys up first. For a relaxing run outside, put on a cotton or nylon sport T, a waterproof jacket and some arch support runners

If you just bought a super cute short sleeve, but your mom will not let you wear it because it is too cold outside, just layer it. Slip a long sleeve underneath that T-shirt and, Voila!
